Some of the personnel with whom we work are learning Khmer by combining GPA with Survival Khmer and having great fun doing so. Did you know that you can study Khmer at various universities? Khmer is offered as a coursework at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Ohio University, Center for Southeast Asian Studies (Northern Illinois University), and many other institutions of higher learning. Evaluations
Our organization requires a certain level of proficiency in speaking and listening in the Khmer language before we are released for full-time ministry. We use the ACTFL levels in scoring these evaluations.
